In their summer or winter break, children can explore the universe for 5 days through interactions with astronomy educators. The children will get familiar with STEM, through innovative and hands-on space science activities with conceptual understanding. Each day, a new topic will be introduced with online multimedia presentations and expert guided activities. In an engaging learning experience, children unravel the mysteries of the universe and ignite their interests in astronomy and space.

Curriculum
Day 1: Meet the Sun’s Family
In this session, children will explore the Sun and the planetary system through an interesting solar system activity.
Day 2: Go away, the shadow monster
Through an interesting storytelling format, children learn more about eclipse and transparent, translucent and opaque objects.
Day 3: Zoom!! Goes the Space Shuttle
On day 3, children learn about the Space shuttle program, one of the milestones in the field of astronomy. They also make a mini space shuttle paper model and learn the parts through it.
Day 4: Moon, moon,when will you be full again?
On the day 4, children learn about the changing phases of the moon and the reason behind it.
Day 5: Digging all the way to center of Earth
On the last day of the program, children discover what’s beneath the ground? With a fun activity they will gain insights about the center of the Earth.
Learning Outcome
Based on the principles of experiential learning, we create a stress free engaging learning experience for the children. Beyond theoretical knowledge, children get involved in the activities and learn about the wonders of the universe through hands-on activities.
